The highlight for me was the giant tub with jets. It showed only one room reserved.. The Peppermill would certainly be our 'go to' property in Reno. Each room includes a inch flat-screen cable TV with free WiFi. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very very clean! If you are having a hard time getting tourists, why charge extra for the Privilege of staying at your hotel? Reno was a strange experience if you have expected Vegas type of atmosphere. I heard everyone above me walking through out the night. Our only problem was the pillows, they were way too big for comfort. Clean room. I stay here often for work and it was just as nice to be here for fun. We stayed 4 night. My ONLY complaint is the restaurants closed at on a Friday night which left eating options scarce. The hotel, itself is a mini city. The bathroom floor was so unsafe, I had to hold onto the door and the counter top to ensure I would not slip on the marble tile.

Staff found me a room and took care of it. A gym, 3 hot tubs, and a sauna are also available. Best place you can stay in Reno without a doubt! The tub can easily fit 2, it's so big! Was pleased to be upgraded to a Suite at the Tuscany floor. I will repeat this to every review site that I can. It was terrific!!!

A conference centre is located on-site for business guests. Then in our last night on a Saturday we asked for a beer and a water while playing a machine waitress never came back I pushed the service button a woman from the floor approached us and told us that there was only one waitress for the whole section which is very wrong to be short staff on a Saturday!!
